What is MOQ?
No MOQ limit for project orders, and there will be flexible MOQ limit for wholesale orders.
Can I have a custom designed and mockup samples?
Yes, we can provide samples for wholesalers or project customers.
How long is your shipping time?
Generally it is 5-7 days by express, air freight 5-10 days, 30-40 days by sea.
Do you have a price list?
We are a professional supplier of decorative lighting products. All of them are made on demand according to different design ,shape, function or quantity requirements, so we don’t have a price list.
What is the lead time of production ?
A. For samples，normally 10 ~20 working days.
B. For mass production, it takes around 25~30 days.
If any defective products, how do you deal with?
We have 1:1 replacement for the DOA.
Warn Tips: For any artificial damages,we are not able to offer replacement or refund.
Can I have my unique design(size, design, shape,function, etc)?
Yes, bespoke designs such as size, material, color, shape, function, etc. are acceptable.
How is package ? May i have custom package ?
Yes , we can provide neutral or customized package according to the customers’ requirement.
What’s the order processes?
Custom Design–confirm color/size/material/function first.
Samples–Making samples for you approval.
Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
Deposit– 30% ~50% deposit before mass production.
Production arranged–we will process the production upon deposit received.
Balance payment–after inspection, balance payment should be arranged before shipment.
Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port or to your door.
Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
After sales service.
What is your terms of payment ?
Order amount less than 5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 5000USD, 30%~50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

What are your shipping methods?
a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc
b. For bulk orders, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
