What is MOQ?

Customized size/design/shape/function, MOQ =10 PCS.
Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We design and construct the lighting products for each project upon individual customer’s needs.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 5-7 days by express, air freight 5-10 days, 30-40 days by sea.
Do you have a price list?
We are a professional supplier of decorative lighting products. All of them are made on demand according to different design ,shape, function or quantity requirements, so we don’t have a price list.
What is the lead time of production ?
a. For samples，normally 3-10 working days.
b. For mass production, it takes 7-20 days for production.
If any defective products, how do you deal with?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective products.
Warn Tips: For any man-made damages,we are not able to offer replacement or refund.
Can I have my unique design(size, design, shape,function, etc)?
Yes, customer’s designs such as size, design, color, shape, function, etc. are acceptable.
How is package ? May i have custom package ?
Yes ,easy to do custom package, show different packing idea.Or customized as customers requirements.
What’s the order processes?
Custom Design–Making custom size/shape/function first.
Samples–Making samples for you check.
Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
Deposit– 30% ~50% deposit before mass production.
Production arranged–we will process the production upon deposit received.
Balance payment–after inspection, balance payment should be arranged before shipment.
Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.
Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
After sales service.
What is your terms of payment ?
Order amount less than 5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 5000USD, 30%~50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

What is your shipping terms?
a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc
b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
